Elbow making machine
Pipe elbow is one of the main elements of the rain water system.
This element is often used for connecting hopper with a vertical down pipe at the desired angle of inclination.
The most common models of pipe elbows with bends of 45, 60 and 90 degrees.
Pipe elbow can be used to solve various issues. Basically, this element is used in the following cases:
- if necessary, to ensure a reliable discharge of water not at the wall, but a little farther, pipe elbow is used in this case;
- often some structures interfere with the installation of the water system elements and to circumvent such structures it is required to put the pipe at a certain angle (this can be done with the help of the down pipe elbow);
- it is not always possible to connect the hopper with the down pipe directly, therefore, in this case, the elbow is used as the connecting piece.
Crimping machine
This machine is designed for crimping the end part of the downpipe and pipe elbow.
These crimps are necessary for joining the elements of the rain water system with each other.
This machine is usually used as a part of the down pipe roll forming line.
